Return Request

1 - CREATE AND PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL

Click on RETURN YOUR ORDER. Enter your Order Number or the email address you used on your order. Once you are in the order page click on 'Create a Return' button.

Select the items you may want to return, the reason for returning, the preferred return method (drop off to a collection point or carrier pick up at desired address). Follow the instructions provided during the process and print the return label provided.

2 - PACK YOUR RETURN

Pack the items you would like to return. We encourage you to use the added original shipping bag. Seal the package securely and add completed return form. Please make sure all old shipping labels, stickers, and other materials have been removed or covered up.

3 - DROP OFF THE PACKAGE OR HAND IT TO THE CARRIER

We work with DHL Express. Drop off the package at the selected location within the opening hours or wait for the carrier pick up at your address.

1. You can personally deliver the box with the items you want to return to a DHL Express Service Point for shipment. Don't forget to put the return label on the box. Via this link you can find the nearest DHL Express Service point, based on your zip code / city: https://locator.dhl.com

2. You can also schedule a courier pick-up. This can be done via this link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/en/en/home.html#/schedulePickupTab

Make sure someone is at home when the carrier is scheduled to come to pick up the package.If, for any reason, your return is not collected, please head back to our website and book a new return free of charge, following the same instructions as before.

Note: You do not need to create a new shipping label. The DHL Waybill number requested is stated on the return label included in the box of the delivery. You can request as many return labels as needed within the 30 days returns period; after that you won’t be able to book any further returns.

4 - RETURN CONFIRMATION & REFUND

You'll receive an email confirmation of your retun request. As soon as we have received your returned items in our warehouse, depending on the payment method (ideal, paypal, credit card or other) we aim to process your refund within 2 to 3 business days.

Check the package's T&T code to make sure your return is on its way. If the 14 working days have passed, please contact our customer service via support@janelushka.com.

You can return an item for free within 14 days of receipt.

Obviously, you have to try on an item to see how it looks and if it fits. But please note, if you would like to return the item, it must be unwashed and unworn.

Make sure the items are packed in the added original shipping bag. Add the completed return form.
